Pasta Making Class at the Annex at Ozarks Community Hospital
Our Pasta Making Class at the Annex within Ozarks Community Hospital offers a hands‑on culinary experience that brings people together around the joy of crafting fresh, homemade pasta. In this immersive workshop, participants learn traditional Italian techniques as they mix and knead their own dough, prepare a delicious ravioli filling, and create a vibrant homemade pesto.
To keep the experience smooth and enjoyable, we’ll also provide a selection of premade pasta sheets so everyone can jump right into shaping and filling their ravioli. Guests will use simple tools to roll, shape, and handle their pasta like true artisans.
Throughout the class, participants explore the process of transforming basic ingredients like flour, eggs, and olive oil into silky, beautiful pasta. Whether you're a curious beginner or a seasoned home cook, the relaxed and supportive environment encourages creativity, learning, and plenty of delicious fun.
At the end of the session, each guest will head home with their freshly made pasta and a container of their own homemade pesto—ready for a beautiful meal they crafted themselves.
Hosted in the welcoming space of the Annex at Ozarks Community Hospital, this class blends hands‑on skill‑building with community connection. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn a timeless culinary craft, meet new people, and leave with something truly delicious made from scratch.
