How are Nexus, the Annex, and Ozarks Community Hospital connected?
Nexus an OCH Event Center located in Webb City, MO and The Annex located in Gravette, AR are event venues operated by Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH). They serve as community spaces for gatherings, meetings, and celebrations. Revenue from events held at these venues directly supports OCH’s mission to provide accessible, quality healthcare to underserved communities. By hosting or attending events at Nexus or the Annex, guests are helping fund vital hospital services and patient care.
What is a Pop-up Event?
A pop-up event is a temporary experience that appears for a limited time in a unique location. These events often partner with local businesses to create something fresh and engaging — like a themed bar, coursed dinner, or mini market bringing the community together in a fun, unexpected way.
WHat is included in my Nexus rental?
Your rental at Nexus includes the venue space, tables and chairs, black linens, basic decor, sound system, projector, free parking, event planning, set up, and teardown.
Does NExus Offer catering?
Yes, Nexus offers flexible catering options, both onsite and offsite, with a variety of service styles — we’re happy to work with your preferences and budget to find the best fit for your event.
Can we decorate the space ourselves?
Yes, you’re welcome to decorate the space yourself! Nexus also provides basic decor, including black linens, centerpieces, and a variety of florals. We just ask that you avoid using confetti, nails or anything that could damage the walls or venue surfaces.
Can we bring our own vendors or do we have to use preferred ones?
Nexus has a list of preferred local vendors, but you’re absolutely welcome to bring in your own for catering, decor, or other services to make your event uniquely yours.
Do you allow outside alcohol on site?
Unfortunately, we do not allow outside alcohol due to state laws, licensing regulations, and venue policies. However, we’re proud to offer bartending services through our exclusive partnership with Cardetti Heritage / Eagles Landing Wine, a local Missouri winery.
They provide both on-site and off-site bartending options to suit your event needs. For more details or to coordinate beverage service, please reach out to your event coordinator.
is there onsite parking?
Yes, there is onsite parking at Nexus, including spots directly in front of the building on Main Street, a gravel lot behind the venue, and additional paved public parking at Tom and 1st Street. See here.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. The main level is fully accessible, including a ramp entrance at the front. However, please note that the upper level does not have elevator access due to the building’s historic structure.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or weekday events?
We’re proud to support non-profits and enjoy partnering with community organizations — special pricing may be available based on your event needs. Weekday rentals are typically offered at a lower rate than weekends, making them a great option for business meetings, workshops, and other budget-friendly gatherings.
