Begin the night with our happy hour and cash bar in the JAT Cocktail Lounge, the perfect way to mingle before dinner. Then settle in as Eagles’ Landing winemaker Eric Taylor, Advanced Sommelier, guides you through thoughtfully paired wines, perfectly matched with an elevated five-course menu prepared by Chef Chris and Chef Matt of Nexus. All served in our beautiful Courtyard venue.
This year’s dinner will also debut a brand-new sparkling wine along with new vintages of some Eagles’ Landing Wine favorites, making it a truly special evening to sip, savor, and celebrate. Guests will also receive exclusive access to special pricing on all Eagles’ Landing wines, available only during the event. Don’t miss out!

Starter: Fig stuffed cippolini onions w/chevre, crispy prosciutto, fig & port jam
Soup: Roasted carrot and celeriac soup topped with chili oil & creme fraiche
Salad: Beetroot, granny smith apple, goat cheese, shallots, arugula, toasted walnut & balsamic vinaigrette

Coffee crusted venison loin, blackberry port reduction, parsnip & chestnut puree & crispy chard (Red Meat)
Butternut squash and Kale ravioli, brown butter-sage-miso sauce, roasted red pepper coulis, pepitas (Vegan)
Dessert: Pumpkin mascarpone mousse with vanilla & chocolate tuille
